Chia pudding with peaches and almonds

Chia pudding is a nutritious, wholesome, yet also tasty spoon dessert. Great for breakfast to start the day with energy, but also for a snack for both adults and children. It’s very easy to prepare, you only need three ingredients, namely your choice of milk (both cow’s milk and any plant-based milk), chia seeds, and maple syrup or honey to add a touch of sweetness. Then you can add whatever you like, fresh fruits, nuts, yogurt, and much more. Chia seeds are very nutritious, thanks to their high calcium content, as well as fatty acids like Omega-3 and Omega-6. • Before serving, coarsely chop the almonds and toast them in a non-stick pan for a few moments, stirring often to prevent burning.
