“Stories of the Future” is the initiative by the Irpinia Sannio Chamber of Commerce, promoted on the occasion of this year’s Vinitaly and aimed at promoting the small businesses of this wonderful area, which represent wine-making excellence.

In this regard, I prepared rosé strawberries, sweet strawberries flavored with mint and lemon balm and enriched with Aglianico del Taburno Rosato DOCG, a fresh and delicate still wine, with the aroma of small red fruits, which perfectly harmonizes with the strawberries.

It’s an “adults only” dessert, to be enjoyed cold and served in glasses… so once you’ve finished the strawberries, you can also sip the last drop of Aglianico.
