Ingredients for the 7-Jar Plumcake

  • 1 jar strawberry yogurt
  • 3 jar all-purpose flour
  • 1 jar granulated sugar
  • 1 jar vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • salt (pinch)
  • 3 eggs

Tools for the 7-Jar Plumcake

I used a mold of: length 10.2 inches, width 3.9 inches

Steps for the 7-Jar Plumcake

  • Pour the jar of yogurt into a bowl and start adding the jar of oil and the pinch of salt, mixing with a hand whisk. Incorporate the eggs and the jar of sugar, mix well. Start pouring the 3 jars of flour and the previously sifted tablespoon of baking powder.

    The mixture should be creamy.

  • Once ready, pour into a 10-10.2 inch mold lined with parchment paper or into a buttered and floured mold

  • I added some strawberries that will then sink into the batter. Use whatever you prefer: candy sprinkles, chocolate chips, or nothing.

Bake in a static oven at 338°F for 40 minutes, always do the toothpick test.

  • Your kitchen will fill with a wonderful aroma.
