Almond Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour (or toasted almonds to be ground)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Steps

  • With the help of electric beaters, beat the eggs for 5 minutes.

    Butter and flour with a little almond flour a 20-22 cm diameter mold and pour the mixture inside.

  • Bake at 340°F in a preheated static oven for about 35 minutes, always do the toothpick test; if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
