Apple Fritters

Apple fritters are super quick to prepare. They have only one flaw, they disappear very quickly. If you love apples, I recommend trying them, the apples blend perfectly into the batter. They are a delicious treat for the palate.

Tips:

➡️ To see if the oil is ready, just take a wooden skewer and immerse it in hot oil. If bubbles form around the wooden skewer, it means the oil is at the right temperature.

➡️ The oil should not be too hot; otherwise, you risk having fritters cooked on the outside and raw inside. If they darken too much, lower the flame or remove the pan from the heat to cool the oil.

➡️ If foam appears during frying, it means the oil temperature is too low or there’s a temperature drop, for example, when trying to cook too many pieces at once. In this case, just remove the foam with a skimmer and wait for the oil to return to the right temperature before frying other pieces.

Now let’s start messing around. Happy cooking, Giusi.
