I don’t know about you, but I love pumpkin in every way. Today, I offer you a very quick and flavorful recipe. Baked pumpkin is a side dish that is very simple to make but so tasty.
Just clean the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, add oil, salt, breadcrumbs, give it a good mix, and into the oven for 30 minutes. Come with me, let’s start cooking right away.

Ingredients
- 3.3 lbs Pumpkin (I used Neapolitan pumpkin)
- to taste Salt
- 4 cloves Garlic
- to taste Oil
- to taste Breadcrumbs
Steps
First, remove the skin from the pumpkin and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
Transfer to a large bowl and add a drizzle of oil, dry oregano, salt, and breadcrumbs (I also added some turmeric), mix well.
Transfer to a tray lined with parchment paper, distribute the pumpkin pieces well, and add the garlic pieces.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F and cook for about 30 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender, turn on the grill for the last 5 minutes to get a crispier effect.
