Ingredients
- 4 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup milk (Warm)
- 2 Eggs (at room temperature)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 lemon (Grated zest)
Steps
In a bowl, work the sugar with the lemon zest for a few minutes. The more you work these two ingredients, the more intense the aroma will be.
Also add the oil, milk, and finally the eggs, mix well.
Add a pinch of salt as well.
Also add the previously sifted flour and baking powder.
Work all the ingredients well until you form a ball.
Take small pieces of dough to create balls and slightly flatten them.
In a small bowl, pour some granulated sugar and gently press each cookie into it so the sugar remains on the surface.
Bake at 356°F preheated static oven for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Storage and variations.
The cookies can be stored for several days in a tin or a cookie jar.
If you don’t like lemon, you can flavor the cookies with a packet of vanillin or leave them plain.
