Cauliflower Casserole

The cauliflower casserole is a very tasty dish to bring to the table. It is prepared with few ingredients because the real star is this vegetable with countless properties. To make this casserole more delicious, you can also add pizza mozzarella to the mixture, making it stringy and super tasty. Come with me and let’s start cooking right away.

Ingredients

  • 2.6 lbs Cauliflower (Weight when raw)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (I use gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  • to taste Parsley
  • to taste Salt

Steps

  • First, clean and wash the cauliflower well, cook it in plenty of salted water.

    Once cooked, drain the cauliflower and mash it with a fork, let it cool a bit and then add the other ingredients.

    Mix well and pour the mixture obtained into a previously buttered and breadcrumb-sprinkled baking dish of 8-9 inches in diameter.

    Level the mixture well, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
