Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 7/8 cup granulated sugar
- 7 tbsps butter
- 5 tbsps coffee
- 4 tbsps water (about 20 grams)
Steps
In a bowl, work the butter with the granulated sugar until creamy, add the tablespoons of coffee and mix, then pour the previously sifted cocoa and flour into the bowl and work with a fork.
Also add 4 tablespoons of water.
Create the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
After the resting time, create small balls, slightly elongate them, and use a smooth-bladed knife to make a small cut in the center.
Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit in a preheated static oven for 15 minutes.
Once baked, allow the cookies to cool completely.
