The coffee truffles are made in 5 minutes then they need a few hours of rest in the fridge and they’re ready.

Ingredients
- 5.3 oz plain cookies
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar (about 0.9 oz)
- 1.4 oz Coffee
- 7 oz spreadable cheese (about 3.5 oz, I used lactose-free Philadelphia)
- unsweetened cocoa powder (For the coating)

Steps
Crush the plain cookies in a mixer, pour into a bowl along with the sugar, spreadable cheese, and lukewarm coffee.
Mix all the ingredients first with a fork and then with your hands
Start to form the balls and roll them in unsweetened cocoa, once all our coffee truffles are created, put in the fridge for about an hour.
The truffles are ready to be devoured.
Storage
Store in the fridge for 2/3 days.
