Cold yogurt and fruit cake is a super easy dessert to make, a no-bake treat.
Super fresh and delicious. On hot days, it’s truly a pleasure to eat. My guests are always satisfied every time I make it.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2.1 oz Pavesini cookies
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 Juice of one lemon
- 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Tools
I used a springform pan, but you can easily use a glass dish or container
Steps
First, wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces, mix them with the blueberries, lemon juice, and about 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, stir and let macerate
In a bowl, pour the very cold yogurt and the remaining powdered sugar, mix with a spatula.
Add three tablespoons of fruit and stir
I also added 3 tablespoons of white chocolate chips to make it more scrumptious
Mix well.
Start creating the layers, take the dish, put a layer of cream, the Pavesini, and the fruit
The fruit juice will soak the Pavesini, making it tasty
Continue to form layers until the ingredients are finished, the last layer should be fruit
Store the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
The super fresh yogurt and fruit cake is ready to be enjoyed.
