Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsps dark chocolate chips
Steps
In a bowl, work the sugar with the ricotta, then add the oil too. Incorporate the flour and sifted baking powder and mix the dough with a fork or your fingertips, until you get large crumbs. You should not form a dough.
Also add the chocolate chips and mix briefly. Pour the crumbs into a greased and floured mold (8×8 inches) and press well on the bottom to compact the base.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a preheated static oven for 25 minutes.
