Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups Flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 3/4 cup Almond flour (or almonds finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp brown sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 oz Almonds (Chop roughly)
Steps
In a bowl, mix the egg with the sugar and add the oil.
Add in the previously chopped almonds with the help of a mixer, then the flour and the baking powder.
Incorporate the almonds roughly chopped with a knife.
Mix all ingredients until a dough is formed, add more flour if necessary.
Form balls, press firmly with the palm of your hands to flatten and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
