Cup with Yogurt Mousse

The cup with yogurt mousse is a delicious spoon dessert. A very light dessert that is prepared in no time. I used vanilla yogurt, but you can use any flavor you prefer. Between the layers, I wanted to use hazelnut-flavored biscuits, but you can pair it with fruit as well. The cup with yogurt mousse is perfect for a tasty snack or as an after-meal treat.

Ingredients

If you use already sweetened plant-based cream, do not add sugar. If you use fresh cream from the fridge, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for every 1/2 cup of cream, adding the sugar when the cream is semi-whipped.

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream (Plant-based or fresh cream)
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 8 Cookies (crumble)

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Electric whisk

Steps

  • Pour the cream into a container and use the electric whisks to whip it.

    When the cream is whipped, add the yogurt and continue working the mixture with the electric whisks until combined.

    Pour the mixture into a pastry bag (or simply use a spoon) and begin to assemble the dessert.

    Crumble some cookies on the bottom of the cup, or whatever you prefer, then add the cream. Continue this way until all ingredients are used up.

  • The cup with yogurt mousse is ready to be enjoyed.

Storage and Tips

Keep both the cream and the container where you will whip it in the refrigerator a couple of hours before starting preparation.

You can replace the cookies with fruit or rusks soaked in coffee or milk.
