Does the thought of chocolate and almonds make your mouth water? Dark chocolate and almond cookies are incredibly delicious and always disappear quickly at my house. They’re made in very little time with just a few ingredients.
These treats are also gluten-free, perfect for those with intolerances. Ideal in the morning to start with the right energy and perfect any time of day for a treat. Come with me and let’s start baking.

Ingredients
- 6.35 oz Almonds (To chop)
- 1/8 cup Granulated sugar
- 1.4 oz Dark chocolate (To chop)
- 1 egg white (From one large egg or two small ones)
Steps
Whisk the egg white with a hand whisk or electric whisk, add the sugar and incorporate well until you create a creamy mixture.
Pour in the previously chopped nuts and chocolate, mix with a spatula.
Using two spoons create small mounds, well spaced apart.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for 15 minutes.
Important: Once out of the oven, let the cookies cool completely because they will be very soft, which is normal, after a few minutes they will harden.
