Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup water (Warm)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate
  • to taste hazelnut crumbs

Steps for the Delicious Cocoa Cake

  • In a bowl, pour the flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking powder, then mix.

    Add the oil, milk, and water.

    The mixture will be very thick; pour it into a 8.5-9.5 inch buttered, floured mold or lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.

    Let the cake cool in the mold.

  • Meanwhile, heat the cream in a saucepan and once hot, remove from heat, add the chocolate pieces, and stir until dissolved.

    Pour the obtained cream over the cake until covered, then top with chopped hazelnuts.

    The delicious cocoa cake is ready to be enjoyed.
