The glazed chocolate cookies are very easy treats to make. They are very crumbly, and the cocoa mixed into the dough makes these cookies very delicious. As I will show you below, you can make these cookies even more indulgent with melted chocolate and some crushed nuts. Perfect for breakfast or an after-meal snack. Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- to taste Dark chocolate
- to taste Crushed hazelnuts
- to taste Crushed pistachios
Steps
In a bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, sugar, and baking powder, then add the oil, milk, and egg, and mix all the ingredients well. If necessary, add more flour.
Once you’ve created the dough, form two small logs, flatten them slightly, and cut them with a knife into sticks, about 1/2 inch thick.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 356°F (static oven preheated) for 20 minutes, in the center of the oven.
To make them even more indulgent, once cooled, dip the cookies in previously melted chocolate and then immediately roll them in the crushed nuts.
