Delicious Water Plumcake

Delicate and fluffy and it can be prepared in a minute. The water plumcake is perfect for being filled with hazelnut cream, custard, whipped cream, or jam. I assure you that with this batter, you can never go wrong. I have made this cake more delicious with a spreadable cocoa and salted caramel cream, a truly exaggerated goodness. Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk (Lukewarm)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water (Lukewarm)
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Spreadable cocoa and salted caramel cream

Steps

  • In a bowl, pour the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, oil, eggs and mix well, then gradually add the lukewarm water.
    Mix well.


    Pour the mixture into a 9×4 inch loaf pan, greased and floured or lined with parchment paper. I used a parchment paper mold.

    I topped the surface with some spreadable cream and with the help of a teaspoon, I swirled it on top, mixing well with the batter.

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, after 40 minutes do the toothpick test, if it comes out dry, the plumcake is ready.

  • Let it cool completely inside the pan.
