Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk (Lukewarm)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water (Lukewarm)
- 2 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Spreadable cocoa and salted caramel cream
Steps
In a bowl, pour the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, oil, eggs and mix well, then gradually add the lukewarm water.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a 9×4 inch loaf pan, greased and floured or lined with parchment paper. I used a parchment paper mold.I topped the surface with some spreadable cream and with the help of a teaspoon, I swirled it on top, mixing well with the batter.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, after 40 minutes do the toothpick test, if it comes out dry, the plumcake is ready.
Let it cool completely inside the pan.
