The Egg-Free Coffee Cookies are soft and delicious treats, perfect for dipping in milk or tea. I chose to use decaffeinated coffee, but you can use any type you prefer: the taste will remain intense and enveloping in both cases.
Their strength? Speed! It takes only five minutes to mix and fifteen minutes to bake, and you’re done. If you want to make these cookies even more delicious, just add some chocolate chips to the dough.

Ingredients for Egg-Free Coffee Cookies
These ingredients are for 16 small cookies.
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 3 oz Coffee (I used decaffeinated)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 oz Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
Steps for Egg-Free Coffee Cookies
In a bowl, pour the milk, coffee, sugar, and a pinch of salt and mix.
Also, add the teaspoon of baking powder and the flour gradually.
Mix the ingredients with a hand whisk as long as possible, then knead with your hands to form a dough.
Form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
I decorated the surface of the cookies with nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
