The Eggless Cocoa Cookies with extra virgin olive oil are very crumbly and tasty. The cocoa makes these soft-centered cookies very flavorful.
These cocoa treats are ideal for breakfast or as a sweet treat after a meal. Light and delicious. The dough is quick to work with and does not need to rest in the fridge because it contains extra virgin olive oil. To make them even more indulgent, you can add dark chocolate chips or white chocolate. Join me as we begin to have fun.
