  • 14 oz tomato pulp
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Steps

  • In a high-sided skillet, add the extra virgin olive oil and the garlic clove and let it sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the tomato pulp, add salt, cover with a lid and let cook for about 10 minutes.

    After this time, carefully add the eggs into the pot with the tomato sauce.

    Cover with a lid and let cook for 5 minutes.
