Fisherman’s Cookies

The fisherman’s cookies are truly easy treats to make. Traditionally, they were prepared by the mothers and wives of fishermen, who, due to their work, stayed away from home for several days. Indeed, the characteristic of these treats is that they retain their crispness for a long time. Fisherman’s cookies are really very crumbly and become irresistible with the addition of dried fruits added directly into the dough. Let’s start baking.

Happy baking, Giusi.
