Ingredients for Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 2 tbsps Potato starch
  • 1 packet Vanillin
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsps Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips

Steps for Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the sugar and vanillin packet.
    Add the baking powder and flour and knead until a dough forms.
    Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
    After this time, take the dough and also add the chocolate chips, mixing the dough well.
    Take small pieces of dough and form balls with your hands, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Bake at 355°F in a preheated static oven for 20 minutes on the middle rack.

Storage
