Ingredients
- 3/4 cup corn flour
- 1 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup butter (Softened)
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Steps
In a bowl, cream the butter with the sugar until smooth, add the egg, orange juice, and finally the flours and baking powder.
Once these ingredients are well mixed, the dough will be creamy. Place it in a piping bag (Alternatively, two spoons will work just fine) and start creating circles or sticks.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
