Harlequin Cookies

Delicious and fun little cookies. The Harlequin cookies are made with an oil-based shortcrust pastry, a simple dough that works perfectly. Once the dough is created, just make balls, flatten them, and decorate with colored sprinkles. A recipe for both adults and children. Slightly crispy and too delicious to resist. Come with me, let’s start baking.

Enjoy the recipe, Giusi.
