Harlequin Cookies

Delicious and fun cookies. Harlequin cookies are made with an oil-based shortcrust pastry, a simple dough that is easy to work with. Once the dough is prepared, simply make balls, flatten them, and decorate with colorful sprinkles. A recipe for both adults and children. Slightly crunchy and very tasty. Come with me as we start baking.

Enjoy the recipe, Giusi.
