Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups Flour (I used type 1 flour)
  • 2/3 cup hazelnut flour (or finely chopped hazelnuts)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 tbsps Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (or granulated sugar)
  • 2/3 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup whole hazelnuts

Steps

  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the sugar and also add the oil.

    Also pour in the previously chopped hazelnuts with the help of a mixer, the flour, and the baking powder.

    Incorporate the chocolate chips and coarsely chopped hazelnuts with a knife.

    Work all the ingredients until you create a dough, if you deem it necessary, add more flour.

  • Create balls, slightly flatten and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake at 356°F, preheated static oven for 15 minutes.

Storage
