Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup hazelnut flour (Or finely chopped whole hazelnuts)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (I used raw cane sugar)
- g hazelnut spread
- to taste chopped hazelnuts
Steps
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the oil, then add the milk.
Also add the hazelnut flour, all-purpose flour, and teaspoon of baking powder, mix well until forming a dough ball. It might take a few minutes to compact the ingredients; it is normal. If necessary, add a teaspoon of cold water.
Once the dough is ready, take a small part for decoration and start spreading the larger part directly into the buttered and floured mold, or lined with parchment paper.
Spread the hazelnut spread over and make crumbs with the dough we set aside to place on top of the tart (you decide how to arrange them).
At this point, add the chopped hazelnuts and bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Once ready, let it cool completely in the mold. The hazelnut tart is ready to be enjoyed. I hope you liked this recipe, see you next time.
