The Meatloaf is a very tasty and flavorful meat main course. A unique delight that pleases everyone! Today I’m sharing my Meatloaf Recipe with you. The Recipe is simple and very quick, the mixture is the classic one enriched with a delicious filling of spinach and egg.

Ingredients
These quantities are for about 3/4 people. It makes about 8 slices of meatloaf.
- 10.5 oz ground veal
- to taste salt
- 1 egg
- 1.1 oz bread crumbs (or sandwich bread in pieces)
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 2 red onions
- 7 oz spinach, cooked, boiled (For the filling)
- 2 eggs (For the filling)
Steps
In a bowl, insert all the ingredients and mix well. Once the mixture is ready, spread it on a sheet of parchment paper, trying to give it a rectangular shape. Take the spinach, previously boiled and salted, and place them on the meat base. Place the hard-boiled eggs in the center.
Use the parchment paper to close the meatloaf, lift the parchment paper from one side, and roll. Once rolled, compact well; if necessary, add more breadcrumbs on top.
Take a frying pan with high edges and add a drizzle of oil, slice the onions, and turn on the stove.
After a few minutes, lay the meatloaf on top of the onions, add half a small glass of water to the bottom, and let your meatloaf cook for 30 minutes on moderate heat.
The stewed meatloaf is ready.
Storage
The meatloaf keeps perfectly in the fridge for a maximum of 2/3 days.
Variations
You can use fresh spinach, sauté them for 2 minutes with a little oil.
