Ingredients for the Mixed Dried Fruit Cookies

  • 200 mixed dried fruit (To chop)
  • 2.1 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 egg white

Steps for the Mixed Dried Fruit Cookies

  • First, chop the mixed dried fruit in a food processor.
In a bowl and with the help of a hand whisk, beat the egg white for a few minutes and add the sugar. Mix the mixture until combined.
Add the chopped dried fruit and mix well; the mixture will be very moist.
Start forming balls. To prevent sticking, occasionally dampen your hands. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit (preheated static oven) for 12 minutes (no longer).
The cookies will be very soft when taken out of the oven; this is normal, they will solidify after a few minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely and then enjoy with immense satisfaction. See you at the next recipe.
