Ingredients for Nesquik Cookies Without Eggs
- 2 1/4 flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 2/3 cup milk (Warm)
- 1/3 cup Nesquik
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used peanut oil)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Steps for Nesquik Cookies
In a bowl, mix the milk with the oil and the sugar.
In another bowl, sift and mix the flour with the Nesquik and the baking powder.
Start adding the dry ingredients little by little to the wet ingredients.
The dough will be very creamy.
With the help of two spoons, start creating small heaps and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I decorated some cookies with small meringues before baking.
Bake in a preheated 350°F static oven for 20 minutes.

Storage
Completely cool the cookies on a rack before storing.
