Pizza is always pizza. Good and simple. Red, with mozzarella, topped… in short, pizza is liked by almost everyone, there is no doubt about that. In this recipe, I propose pan pizza, by the slice. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 10 g fresh yeast (Or 3 g of dry yeast)
- salt (To taste)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- mozzarella (To taste)

I used a tray measuring 16 x 14 inches
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water
👩🍳In a bowl pour the flour and start incorporating the water slowly,
➡️Mix with a fork until you can, then switch to using your hands
👩🍳Once all the water is incorporated
Add the salt
👩🍳Continue kneading on a floured surface for a few minutes until you get a smooth dough
👩🍳Place the dough in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 5/6 hours
👩🍳After this time, oil a tray and your hands, pour in the risen dough
👩🍳Spread it out with your hands, cover it, and let it rise for another hour
👩🍳 After the hour, top with seasoned tomato sauce (Oregano and salt).
➡️Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
➡️The first 15 minutes on the lower rack and
➡️Another 15 minutes in the middle.
➡️Add the mozzarella in the last minutes of baking
The pizza, crispy outside and soft inside, is readyyyy😋😍
