Ingredients
- 200 g Rigatoni
- 5 fillets anchovies (16 g drained weight)
- 330 g tomato sauce
- to taste Oil
Steps
First, put the pot with water that we will use for the pasta and bring it to a boil.
Meanwhile, pour extra virgin olive oil into a pan and add the anchovies and cook for a few minutes until the anchovies become a “cream.”
Also pour in the tomato sauce, adjust the salt (don’t overdo it because the anchovies add saltiness) and cook covered for about 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan, mix well.

Storage and Variations.
