Pasta with Cauliflower and Minced Meat

Pasta with cauliflower and minced meat is a rich, tasty, and creamy main dish. You can choose the type of pasta you like best; I chose gluten-free trofie. To make this main dish creamy, instead of adding béchamel or creamy cheeses, I decided to blend part of the cauliflower. If you prefer sausage instead of minced meat, I used chicken mince, feel free to use it. Believe me, a delicacy to savor. Come with me, let’s start cooking.

Ingredients

  • 11.3 oz pasta
  • 1.76 lbs Cauliflower
  • 10.6 oz Chicken Mince

Steps

  • First, clean the cauliflower, cut it into small pieces, including the leaves, and cook in salted boiling water until done.

    Meanwhile, in a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and the chicken mince, and brown for 5 minutes.

    When the cauliflower is cooked, remove a small portion and set aside, pour the rest into the pan with the mince, add 4 or 5 tablespoons of the cooking broth, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.

    In the pot where we cooked the cauliflower, pour the pasta inside and cook it.

    Once cooked, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce.

  • Take the cauliflower set aside, blend with an immersion blender and add to the pan, sauté for a minute.
