Ingredients for Pasta with White Ragù

  • 11.3 oz pasta
  • 4.2 oz robiola
  • 10.6 oz ground turkey
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • to taste salt

Steps for Pasta with White Ragù

  • Chop the carrots and celery into small pieces and sauté them for 3-4 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil. This step will provide a fragrant base for our dish.

After this time, add the ground turkey with a small glass of water, season with salt, and cover with the lid. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, so the meat remains tender and juicy. Once ready, add half of the robiola, stir well to start melting it, and turn off the stove.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Choose any shape you like, anything works!

When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it directly to the pot with the sauce, also adding the other half of the robiola. Mix all the ingredients well with a wooden spoon: you’ll see how the heat of the pasta turns the cheese into a delicious creamy sauce that coats everything.
