- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 3
- Cooking methods: Oven
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 tsp salt
Steps
Pour the flour and crumbled yeast into the bowl and mix.
Start pouring the water in a thin stream. Once all the water is incorporated, add the salt and continue kneading until you get a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, let it rise for 6 hours in the oven, for the last two hours turn on the oven light.
After the rising time, pour the dough onto a generously floured surface. Do not knead the dough again, just create a roll and divide it into three parts.
Create folds on each dough ball from the outside to the inside from all four sides.
After creating the three dough balls, cover with the baking sheet and let rise for another hour.
After the rising time, place the dough balls on parchment paper, start spreading with your hands from the center to the edge creating high edges and a thin center.
Season the base with seasoned tomato puree and sausage (or whatever you prefer) or leave it plain and bake at 392°F in a preheated static oven for 15 minutes. Add the mozzarella after 10 minutes of baking.
The plate pizza is ready to be enjoyed. See you at the next recipe 😘
