Easy, delicious, and succulent. The pork rolls with tomato are prepared very quickly, it will take about 20 minutes to prepare a lunch or dinner that will leave you licking your lips. For the filling of the rolls, I chose simple provolone, but you can also add slices of ham or whatever you prefer. Come with me, let’s start cooking immediately.

Ingredients
- 14 oz tomato sauce
- 12 Pork slices
- 6 Provolone slices
- to taste salt
- to taste Oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Steps
Place the minced garlic cloves along with the oil in the pan, let them sauté for a few minutes, then add the tomato pulp, adjust the salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the rolls.
Take the slice of meat, place it on a plate or cutting board, and flatten it with your hand, place half a slice of provolone on top, roll it up and set aside, continue this way until all rolls are made.
After the ten minutes of cooking the pulp, place the rolls in the pan, cover with the sauce, and cook for 10 minutes with the lid on.
The tomato rolls are ready to be enjoyed.
