Very easy and very delicious. The rustic cocoa cookies without eggs are very easy to prepare, just mix all the ingredients and you’re done. I decided to add some leftover nuts from the past Christmas holidays to the dough, but you can choose not to use them. They are perfect for breakfast and more. Their crispy texture on the outside and rustic flavor will win you over. Come with me and let’s start baking.
