- swordfish (2 Steaks)
- 1 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 3 tbsp capers
- to taste oregano
- to taste salt
- to taste black olives
Steps for Sicilian Style Swordfish
First, prepare all ingredients. Chop the cherry tomatoes and the onion. In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and add the onion; after a few minutes, add the cherry tomatoes, capers, and olives, and cook for about 10 minutes.
After this time, add the swordfish steaks and cover them with the sauce; cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes on a low heat. At the end of cooking, add the oregano.

Storage
