Ingredients
These ingredients are for two people
- swordfish (2 Steaks)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 3 tbsps capers
- to taste oregano
- to taste salt
- to taste black olives
Steps
First, prepare all the ingredients.
Chop the cherry tomatoes and the onion.
In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the onion. After a few minutes, add the cherry tomatoes, capers, and olives, and cook for about 10 minutes.
After this time, add the swordfish steaks, cover them with the sauce, put on the lid, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
At the end of cooking, add the oregano.
The Sicilian swordfish is ready to be enjoyed.
