The simple milk biscuits are classic dunking cookies, with a light but irresistible taste. Crumbly and wholesome, they are reminiscent of grandma’s sweets made with love in no time. They are ideal to start the day with a nutritious breakfast or for a healthy snack. In this version, I wanted to make the milk biscuits without eggs: the result is really great and doesn’t make you miss the traditional recipe. With a few simple ingredients, you’ll get homemade cookies that are fragrant and perfect for dipping in milk or tea. Come with me as we start baking. Happy cooking, Giusi.

Storage

These milk biscuits keep perfectly for several days. The best way to maintain their crispness is to store them in a tin or a glass container with an airtight seal. This way they will remain fresh and fragrant as if they were just baked.
