The soft apple cookies, light treats perfect for breakfast or a daily snack. They are made with a very easy recipe accessible to everyone, requiring no special skills or ingredients. Ingredients
- 1 apple (One apple)
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- lemon juice (The juice of half a lemon plus the zest)
- to taste Cinnamon (Not necessary)
Steps
First, cut the apple into very small pieces and mix them in a bowl with the half lemon juice and cinnamon.
In a bowl, pour and mix the flour, sugar, lemon zest, and baking powder.
Also add oil and egg. At this point, incorporate the apple pieces with the lemon juice.
The dough will be slightly sticky, do not add more flour.
Moisten your hands, take small pieces of dough and form balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for 20 minutes.
