Extremely easy to make. After the version of Soft Citrus Cookies and the coffee soft cookies version, I wanted to try this delicious version too. In 20 minutes your house will smell great, of goodness. These cookies are so simple that they can be prepared in a few minutes, mixing all the ingredients in one bowl without needing to dirty too many utensils! Ideal at any time of the day. A treat that we all deserve. They are super quick and so good.

Ingredients for the Soft Cocoa Cookies
- 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour (I used spelt)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp peanut oil (Or any oil you prefer)
- 2/3 cup water (Warm)
- 1 egg
Steps for the Soft Cocoa Cookies
In a bowl mix the egg with the sugar, add the oil and the water gradually.
Start adding into the bowl also the flour, cocoa, and baking powder previously sifted.
Add gradually, little by little.
The dough will be very creamy.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and, using two spoons, start creating small mounds well spaced from each other.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated static oven for 15 minutes.
