Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk (Warm)
- 1 egg (at room temperature)
- 1 1/3 cups orange marmalade
Steps
Pour the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and sugar into a bowl and mix.
Add in the vegetable oil, milk, and egg, knead all the ingredients until forming a smooth and soft dough. If necessary, add more flour.
Remove a small part of the dough which will be used later for the strips.
Roll out the dough and place it in a 9-10 inch diameter pan greased and floured or lined with parchment paper, trim the edges with the help of a knife.
Place and level the orange marmalade inside, with the dough we set aside, create ropes, flatten with your fingers and place them on the tart.
Bake at 340°F in a preheated static oven for 35 minutes.
Let the Cocoa Tart cool inside the pan.
