Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk (Warm)
- 3 tablespoons coffee (Warm)
- 3 1/2 tablespoons water (Warm)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Steps
In a bowl, mix the warm milk with water and oil.
Also add the sugar and coffee.
Start adding the previously sifted flour a little at a time and finally the baking powder.
Using two spoons, begin to place small mounds spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 355°F in a preheated static oven for 15 minutes.
