Delicious soft cookies made with an oil-based dough. Perfect for breakfast and more. Very easy to make and they keep for days in a glass container. You can flavor these soft cookies with lemon zest, orange zest, or use vanilla flavoring. You can also add chocolate chips to the dough. I decided to keep the cookies simple but still delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3.5 tbsp milk
- 3.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
Steps
Pour the flour and sugar into a bowl and mix. Start adding the warm milk and then the oil, also add the egg and finally the baking powder. Knead as much as possible in the bowl and then continue to work the dough on a floured surface until you create a dough ball, to compact the dough ball, it may be necessary to add more flour.
Roll out the dough ball on a floured surface and cut out the shapes
Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated static oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes.
The soft cookies are ready to be enjoyed.
