Ingredients for preparing the soft cookie
- 1 2/3 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup Orange juice (or water)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- to taste Dark chocolate chips
Steps to prepare the whole wheat cookie
In a large bowl, whisk the egg with the oil and orange juice until well combined.
