- to taste parsley
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 2 stalks celery
Steps
First, soak the slices of bread in the milk and mix until fully absorbed.
In a bowl, pour all the ingredients and work with your hands until well combined.
Form the meatballs and set aside.
In a pot, add the carrots and celery with water and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into small cubes. When the pot with the vegetables is about to boil, add salt and gently add the potatoes and meatballs.
Add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and cook covered on low flame for 30-35 minutes.
Serve the meatballs with potatoes and vegetables while still hot and enjoy. I hope you liked this recipe, see you next time.
