Strawberry Cups with Whipped Cream and Yogurt

Ingredients

If using unsweetened whipped cream, add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar when the cream is semi-whipped.

  • 9 oz strawberries
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream (Already sweetened)
  • 4.2 oz Vanilla Yogurt
  • Half lemon (Juice)

Tools

  • 1 Electric Mixer
  • 1 Bowl

Steps

  • Cut the strawberries into small pieces and place them in the bowl with the lemon juice, mix.

    In another bowl, whip the cream for a few minutes until it becomes firm, then add the yogurt and work the mixture with the electric mixer for another minute.

    Pour the cream into a piping bag (if you don’t want to use it, you can also use a simple spoon to place the cream inside the cups).

    I used two cups the diameter of a glass and three fingers high.

    Place a layer of cream at the bottom of the cups and then the strawberries, continue like this until all ingredients are used up.

Storage, Tips, and Variations.

The cups should be stored in the fridge until serving.

You can use whichever yogurt flavor you prefer.
