The stuffed peppers with meat are a colorful and inviting second course, perfect for a family dinner or a Sunday lunch. Very quick and tasty, they are prepared in a few steps and the filling of these peppers remains very soft, melting in your mouth with every bite. I used sweet long peppers, which with their slender shape are perfect for stuffing and become very tender when cooked. It is a versatile recipe that always conquers everyone, ideal for those looking for a rich but simple dish to prepare.
