Steps for the Super Easy Fluffy Cake

  • Start by beating the eggs together with the sugar using electric beaters, continuing until the volume has doubled and you have obtained a light and fluffy mass.
    At this point, slowly add the vegetable oil and the milk, pouring them in a stream, and add the vanilla extract.

    Sift the flour and baking powder, incorporating them gradually into the rest of the ingredients. Use a spatula or wooden spoon for the final steps, moving gently from bottom to top to avoid deflating the mixture.
    Transfer the batter into a 9-inch diameter pan previously buttered and floured. Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for about 35 minutes. Always remember to check the baking with a toothpick test.

If the environment is very hot, you can store it in the refrigerator, making sure to let it come to room temperature for ten minutes before serving. If you prefer, you can also freeze it already sliced, so you have a ready snack at any moment: just pop it in the oven for a minute to restore all its softness.
